MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
PROSPECT HEIGHTS PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
BOARD OF TRUSTEES HELD OCTOBER 13, 2010
I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Prospect Heights Public Library was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Present: Trustees Berman, Everett, Lahey, Penick, Peterson, Purcell
Absent: Trustee Yager
Also Present: Executive Director McCully, Greg Mueller, and Anthony DeRicco of C. Burke Engineering
II. GENERATOR PROJECT RECOMMENDATION
Four bids for the Prospect Heights Public Library Emergency Generator were received and opened at the offices of C. Burke Engineering Ltd. (CBBEL) on October 1, 2010 at 10 a.m. After reviewing bids, it was the recommendation of CBBEL to accept the low bid of Argon Electric Co., Inc.
Trustee Berman moved, seconded by Trustee Peterson, to accept the bid from Argon Electric Co., Inc. in the amount of $177,690.00.
Roll Call: Ayes: Trustees Berman, Everett, Lahey, Penick, Peterson, Purcell
Nays: None
Absent: Trustee Yager
Abstain: None
III. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to be brought before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
