November 17, 2010 Executive Session

MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE
PROSPECT HEIGHTS PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
BOARD OF TRUSTEES HELD NOVEMBER 17, 2010

CALL TO ORDER

The Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Prospect Heights Public Library was called to order at 7:38 pm for the purpose of discussing the appointment of a Trustee to replace Charles Everett.

ROLL CALL

Present:           Trustees Lahey, Penick, Peterson, Purcell and Yager

Absent:            Trustee Berman

Also Present:    Executive Director McCully, Attorney Robert Smith and Judith Stetina.

The trustees were encouraged to seek out potential residents that might be interested in becoming a trustee.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to be brought before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:04 pm.
