Tax Time!

Taxes

Those W-2's and 1099's are rolling in, that means it's time to start thinking about taxes. Many commonly used state and federal forms are available at the Library. But every form is available to you online. Federal tax forms can be found at www.irs.gov. And for state forms, visit http://www.revenue.state.il.us/taxforms/.  Our Personal & Business Forms database has copies of tax forms from other states.  Please note - you'll need to have a Prospect Heights Library card if you want to access this database from home.

Seniors needing assistance with their returns can visit the AARP Tax-Aide Locater to see when free assistance is available throughout the area.
