Your Library Online:
Even if you cannot make it to the Library physically, you can still check out eBooks, audio-books, movies, TV shows, music, and magazines digitally with our various online resources, all for free with your Prospect Heights Public Library card. Learn more about our resources and how to use them here. Also be sure to check out our online databases, which include resources on genealogy, health, newspaper archives, school help, and more, plus subscribe to our enewsletter for the latest news and information.
Printing at the Library From Home:
No printer at home? You can now upload print jobs from your home computer and submit them to the Prospect Heights Public Library's printer. There are two methods detailed through our instructional videos, either through our website or through the PrinterOn App. Once completed, you can pick them up via curbside pickup.
Register for a Library Card Online to Access Our Databases and Online Book Options:
Online library card registration for residents of the Prospect Heights Library District is available under the My Account tab on the left-hand side of the page of our website or by clicking here. We will be processing registrations while we are closed and once a patron gets a library card number they will have access to all of our online resources.
Passport Services:
While the Library is closed, we will still be offering passport application services offsite starting in November. Visit our Passport Services page for times, locations, and additional information.
